Resourcing
As an additional service to our Clients, Artis provides supplementary contract resources across a number of disciplines. This service is an efficient, quality focused and cost effective solution to our Clients periodic need for additional IT resources to augment their own.
This Artis service is substantially different to agency contracting services through:
1. Accreditation
Artis contractors are accredited through a combination of skills testing, prior successful consultancy assignments with Artis, and by an ongoing assessment process where we engage with our Clients with whom our accredited contractors have been working.
Information around individual accreditation is available to our Clients.
2. Support Environment
Artis accredited contractors have access to the delivery support system within Artis. This involves access to peer support around particular technical issues and to relevant elements of the Artis PathfinderTM QMS.
3. Contractor Involvement
Artis recognises that some highly skilled consultants prefer for various reasons to work in a contract capacity rather than as an employee. Our accredited contractors are engaged with the business so that they can be supported and involved by and with the business.
4. Reliability
As a result of this approach, our accredited contract resources are highly reliable and are engaged with the Artis values in support of your outcomes.
In the event that a Clients requirements cannot be met by an accredited contract resource, Artis works with select partner organisations in Australia and offshore that enable most requirements to be achieved.
