SQL Server 2012 Launch and Licensing Changes

Microsoft and Artis Group are gearing up to release SQL 2012 in the near future. For SQL 2012 there will be some major changes in the way CPU's are licensed, as they move to a per-Core licensing model (instead of per-Processor), and there will be a minimum purchase of 4 cores. Also, did you know that the SQL Server 2012 CAL price will increase by about 27%? There are many changes – please contact us for more information.
