providing proactive customer centric service as well as troubleshooting in diverse and fast moving environments.

“Multiply your Workforce” is geared to deal with the nature of today’s business cycle and provide you with expert skills when you need them most.
Skilled technical staff such as .NET and Java developers, Infrastructure Engineers and Architects, Analysts, Database Administrators, Technical Writers
and Business Consultants are available to you on a pre-paid subscription basis. This empowers you with resources at short notice on an as needed basis to
ensure that your IT spend is applied most efficiently. You can then turn them off again – just as quickly.
The Artis model ensures that the support you call on has both a continuing interest in your business as well as established knowledge of your
environment – to ensure that we can respond quickly and cost effectively to your requirements.

All work will be supervised by our team leaders and relevant Artis Practice Manager to ensure compliance with security, quality, standards and service
levels as agreed. The scale of our support centre (located at St Leonards Sydney) allows us to invest in the latest developer workstations, robust and
secure server infrastructure, automated testing tools and best practice methodologies to leverage the maximum
efficiencies from your team.
Our Defence Audited premises and security processes protect your source code and documentation while at the same time providing you with an offsite
